ARRIVAL TIME

Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you arrive early, we ask that you wait in your car until 5 minutes before your appointment time . Our schedule is by appointment only, and we cannot accommodate early or late arrivals.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require at least 48 hour notice to cancel/reschedule your appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time will result in a $50 Cancellation/No-Show Fee.

NO SHOW POLICY

Clients who fail to show for appointments will be charged a No-Show fee of $50, and may be asked to pre-pay for any future services. Any client who has not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time is considered a No-Show.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please call as soon as possible if you are running late. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled appointment time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a cancellation fee & you may have to reschedule. In special cases, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion & only with advanced notification of your late arrival. Your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule.

SICK POLICY

Please help us maintain a healthy environment for our expecting families. If you are sick or have the onset of symptoms of an illness (cold, fever, flu, etc), please call us immediately to reschedule. With advance notice, we may apply your cancellation fee as a credit towards payment of your rescheduled appointment. Anyone who arrives with symptoms of an illness will not be serviced. Please wait until you have been well for at least a week before coming for an ultrasound.

RESCANS

If your baby is camera shy at your 5D/HD ultrasound, and we can’t obtain ANY suitable images of baby’s facial features or profile, we will offer one free rescan appointment. Free rescans are offered at the discretion of the sonographer. Rescans are scheduled Mondays-Fridays only, and must be within 14 days of the initial visit. In the rare event that you’re still not satisfied with the images obtained at your free rescan, you may purchase an additional rescan at the cost of 50% off the price of your original package. There will be no discounts or refunds if images cannot be obtained at the rescan. 

**Rescans are not available if you schedule outside of the recommended time frame, and are unhappy with the images due to the gestational age of baby. Please be sure that you schedule at the right time frame for what you are expecting to see. 

GENDER GUARANTEE

In the rare event that we are unable to determine your baby’s gender at your gender determination ultrasound, we will bring you back for a free rescan within 1-2 weeks, until we can tell you the gender. At 14 weeks+ we can determine gender with an extremely high accuracy rate (over 99%), however, at no time during pregnancy can we, or anyone, ever guarantee the gender of your baby 100%.

**You must be at least 14 weeks + 0 days at the time of your gender determination scan. There will be no free rescan or refund offered to anyone who books a gender appointment prior to 14 weeks.

REFUNDS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL & THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ANY GIFT CARDS PURCHASED OR SERVICES RENDERED.
Remember you are paying to see your baby as they are, at the time of your appointment & watch them interact with their natural environment. We guarantee that we will always try our very best to get beautiful images of your baby’s face. However, factors beyond our control may affect the results (i.e. baby’s position, amount of fluid, maternal body type). We make no guarantee that the images will always meet your expectations or look like other images you have seen.

GIFT CARDS

3D Baby Boutique gift cards and eGift Cards are non-refundable. Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift card balance may be applied toward any services and/or merchandise purchased at 3D Baby Boutique. The gift card value does not expire. Gift cards purchased at a discounted promotional rate cannot be combined with any other coupons or specials.
